SCANIA VOLVO Bush Manufacturer

A Copper Bush is more often used in low-speed, high-load and severe-duty industrial applications and machinery for iron and steel manufacturing, food processing, injection moulding, automotive machines, earth moving machinery, pumps bushing and other industries. A bush is a mechanical fixing between two, possibly moving, parts, or a strengthened fixing point where one mechanical assembly is attached to another. The bush is used instead of bearing for bearing it need high accuracy for machining, while for bush precision is acceptable. The offered Copper Bush is very efficient and made for use in a number of industries.

Applications of Copper :-

Copper and copper alloy can be used in an extraordinary range of applications. Some of these applications include:

  • Refrigeration Tubing
  • Plumbing
  • Water-Cooled Copper Crucibles
  • Power Transmission Lines
  • Architectural Applications
  • Cooking Utensils
  • Spark Plugs
  • Electrical wiring, cables and bus bars
  • High conductivity wires
  • Electrodes
  • Heat exchangers

Cu-DHP is a deoxidized, oxygen-free copper with a residual phosphorus content. Itcombines very good formability and joining properties, whereas the conductivity is reduceddue to the residual phosphorus content.Fields of application are components of electrical engineering, the production of pipes, roofing, wall cladding and process equipment manufacture.

Equivalent designations to DHP alloy Include :-

  • UNS‎C12200
  • ‎EN‎CW024A
  • ‎JIS‎C1221

Composition :

Cu  [%]P [%]
min 99.900.015-0.040

Electrical Conductivity
The electrical conductivity depends on chemical composition, the level of cold deformation and the grain size. A high level of deformation as well as a small grain size decrease the conductivity.

Typical Uses
Architecture, roofing, apparatus engineering, components of electrical engineering, air-, hydraulic- and oil-pipes, flexible pipes, air conditioner, heat exchanger.

Corrosion Resistance
Copper is resistant to: Natural and industrial atmospheres as well as maritime air, drinking and service water (if the flow rate is not excessive), non-oxidizing acids, alkaline solutions and neutral saline solutions.
Copper is not resistant to: Ammonia, halogenide, cyanide and hydrogen sulphide solutions and atmospheres, oxidizing acids and sea water (especially at high flow rates).

C12000 DLP Copper

Cu-DLP is a deoxidized, oxygen-free copper with a low residual phosphorus content. Itcombines very good formability and joining properties. The conductivity is reduced, yethigher than for Cu-DHP and Cu-HCP due to the low phosphorus content.Fields of application are components for electrical engineering, the production of pipes, roofing, wall cladding and apparatus engineering.

Equivalent designations to DLP alloy include :

  • EN Cu-DLP (SW-Cu)
  • DIN CEN/TS 13388 CW 023 A
  • UNS C12000

The major uses of pure, unalloyed copper are based on its high electrical and thermal conductivity as well its good corrosion resistance. Almost all alloying elements are detrimental to the electrical conductivity of copper, making the purity of the metal an important issue. Commercially pure copper is represented by UNS numbers C10100 to C13000. The various grades of unalloyed copper differ in the amount of impurities and therefore do behave differently. Oxygen free coppers are used in applications requiring high conductivity and exceptional ductility.

Characterises

  • High electrical as well as thermal conductive material.
  • Good formability.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Recyclable
  • Prone to hydrogen embrittlement.
